A year of walks, markets and long days on the moor
The estate runs a small programme of events through the year, alongside experiences you can book any time. Everything is led by the people who work the dale — rangers, gamekeepers, the estate cook — and most of it happens outdoors, so come dressed for Yorkshire.

Guided Daffodil Walk
A ranger-led walk along the Dove through the thick of the daffodils.

Gamekeeper’s Morning
Shadow the estate gamekeeper across the moor and learn the trade.

Foraging with the Estate Cook
Wild garlic, sorrel and elderflower along the riverbank, then a cook-up.
